I added a Hexing HXF300 three phase meter on pnpscada, and the power factor is always 1. What is wrong?

We see your meter doesn't appear to profile Reactive Energy. Its default profile is set to profile 1, which in this case is: Time, E1, TOU1, TOU2, TOU3 and TOU4

• Often profile 2 actually has the necessary values
  
• please try setting the 'Profile to read' value to 2 in the Advanced Meter Settings for that specific meter
