I get the following error: Real Time Clock battery failure (identity 699) - for instance 63901003 at 2011-10-01 02:00:00.000. Please advise

Answer:
All meters I have read record battery failure once a month, on first day of the month at exactly 02:00:00.I guess there is something wrong in the Scada, or spike in the system .
However, these failures are not recoded in the PMU Software.
I doubt if these are genuine failures .
You will also notice that this ?Battery Failure? doesn?t even last a second, it starts at 02:00:00:000 and ends at 02:00:00:000.
Send a technician out to check meter.
