You can get more information on using the Profile Graph here

If you get the message:
WARNING: This tariff has not been verified for correctness.
go to Tools->Check Tariff Validity and click Check button.
If you linked multiple tariffs to this Meter Account, make sure to select the correct tariff before going to Tools->Check Tariff Validity.

WARNING: Some meters in view are not called in up to
it means there are some meters in this Meter Account that are not called in up to the date and time you are viewing.
To get a list of all the meters in this meter account, you can go to File->Object Dependencies -or- Edit->Meter Account.
For AMR meters, you can go to Tools->Communication Monitor to read the meter -or- View->Meter Read Logs to get the reason why it is not reading.
For Manual Meters, you can go to Edit->Meter Totals to capture a manual total for the meter to bring it up to date.
Make sure you look at all Meters in this Meter Account.

Consumptions do not match
If your Consumption below the graph does not equal Consumption in Provisional Bill, then you need to audit your data.
That is done in the Edit->Meter Totals screen. You can get more information on auditing here

If your Rand values get cut off when printing in Chrome:

just reduce the scale factor on the left

Not sure what you means with 'currents electricity rates'.
For currents: this is read under Tools->Communication Monitor->Phasors.
For electricity tariff rates: This you have to insert manually under Edit->Tariff Rates and Edit->Tariff Periods.

Difference in the CSV download between S and S (scalar):

When 2 sub meters are combined into one incomer, the measured kVA at the incomer is not just the sum of the 2 kVAs.
You need to do a vectoral sum, meaning sum the individual kW and kvar components and then calculate the kVA.

When you want to sum 2 different premises that don't even share the same tariff (for accounting purposes), then typically you just want the 2 kVAs summed.
Meaning, calculate the kVA for each meter and add them together.

So the first one is the (more common) vectoral sum.
The second is the (less common) scalar sum.

For Meter Accounts with only one meter, these two will typically be the same.

In the case where RMS kVA is used, the first one will also be the scalar sum, as RMS kVA cannot be calculated from half hour profile.
For this reason it is not advised to sum 2 RMS kVA meters.

WARNING: Tariff Reset Date from 2023-06-01
This refers to the Reset Date under Edit->Meter Account ->Tariffs->Reset Date.

The linked Tariff has a demand line item that is suppose to look over the last year (annual utilized capacity -or- Automatic Historical Maximum Demand Penalty).
The Reset Date will prevent it from looking before a certain date.
This is used in cases where an intervention was done and a concession was declared.
e.g. if the annual utilized capacity was 100kVA 6 months ago, but an intervention was done 3 months ago and the concession was approved, then only the kVA of the last 3 months will be considered.

The displayed account number [ACC]10075298 does not match the municipal account number and the consumption values extracted from the portal are different to that on the account.
