   Columns:
1. CNUMBER: contains 2 links
1. First link scrolls the second table to match up with the first table
2. Second link takes you to the Profile Graph for the customer
2. NEW RUN: this bill run's daily average bill (Total Bill divided by Number of Days in Bill Run)
   The averages allow you to compare different bill run lengths with each other.
   
3. OLD1-3: Daily Averages of previous 3 bill runs
4. NEW RUN: Worst Percentage comparing this month's average with the previous 3 months.
2. Second tables shows each Line Item of each bill per Meter Account
