Question:
With the meter, it connects and I can download the Phasor etc? but when I try download a profile, it starts communicating and it never stops. When you stop it, it says outputting the data, but nothing ever shows.

Answer:
This could be the problem on some of our servers that still run old software. Anything before about 10 January 2012 can be suspect.
