How to do a 2% surcharge on consumption greater than 500kWh.

The 6c/kWh is already 2% of the actual consumption line item. So instead of using '2% of', we use 6c/kWh.

We add banding and put in 500 for the lower limit and then tick 'Charge from Zero'.

This will have the effect that the line item will only start applying if more than 500kWh is used in the month, but it will include the first 0-500 in the calculation.

If less than 500kWh is used, the line item still shows, but the amount is R0.
