KEMA is a European certificate, and is acceptable in most places, since it is a very high standard.

If you need SANAS certification, you can have your meters calibrated at TRAC Laboratories, (65 2ND AVENUE, ALBERTON, 1449).

My wasion meter shows E- EECard on the screen how can I solve this?

E-EECArd seems to be related to memory issues, so I would suggest you replace the meter.
