If you need to access information about power quality, you can use check the phasor graphs.
Unfortunately the Phasor Graph might not be taken when the issue was present.
Instrumentation profile is typically recording the Phasor Graph in regular (5 minute) intervals.
There are also events that are logged (e.g. over voltage/current) when however proper thresholds need to be programmed into the meter to take full advantage of this.
So far only the F-type of the A1140s supports instrumentation profile. (All A1700 support instrumentation profile)
to see if it is F-type, look at the model code, if it ends with a -F (this one ends with a -C)

To access Instrumentation Profile for the A1140,
you will need to use Elster's SMARTSet, we don't give training on SMARTSet but Elster gives free training on SMARTSet
(They will also teach you how to setup the thresholds to log events that suit your needs.)
