With 351458XXXXX5 , the problem is that the meter has not measured any energy since day before yesterday.
That either means they are switched off for some reason, or otherwise that they have bypassed the meter. In other words, look at their profile graph to see if you can understand the loss of energy use, and phone them or drive past there, and see if there is a way you can explain why they are not using electricity. If not, send an electrician to inspect the site.
With 58XXXXX4 , the problem is that the meter communication fails. (in other words, the modem managed to connect to the server today, but the call was bad and the server and meter couldn't hear each other properly)
The last time the meter has communicated clearly is yesterday morning very early (2012-02-09 00:00:00). Leave this for 2 days, and see if it comes right on its own: it could be just a bad signal, or a glitch of some kind, e.g. maybe a big truck is parked in the wrong place.
If it doesn't come right, you can send a technician out to go and see whether he can see any obvious problems, e.g. a loose cable, or an arial that was stolen. If not, get him to move the arial until it communicates again. If it still doesn't come right, contact us.
With 351448XXXXX3 and 685XXXX0 , the modem did not connect to the server anytime today. It could be that they are switched off, or that there is no reception, or that the SIM cards have been disabled. This has now been going on for 3 days, so it is time to send a technician to check.

Some meter have "zero consumption" as they are not always load (Pumps). How do I clear this fault from the problem meter list?

hi Wicus, Zero Consumption cannot be cleared off the Problem Meter List.
It is meant to be a Warning and not necessarily a Problem.
