Accessing the Hit Log

1. On your home page, select View from the menu

2. Click on Hit Log from the drop down menu

3. On the Hit Log page, select the start date you are enquiring from

4. then select the end date you are enquiring until

5. Select Filter -> a list of entries will open up below

6. Click on Download csv File below the list of entries to save the file on your desktop

   (To view your file, open in excel or your spreadsheet software of choice)

7. In the Page Name column, click the drop down list

8. Select Problem Meter List and click OK

The information requested will now be displayed
