Plug and Play SCADA now has a delete log. Only the Plug and Play SCADA support team has access to it, but at least we can now track who deletes what and when.

actually you can now find most delete logs under Reports->Various->Report:Logs

also, View->Meter Chronology
and View->Ledger Chronology
combines many of the logs in a chronological way
