We have got the meters listed when we view the DC on my laptop web browser.

The dcu is reading the meters

But there is no data in the scada system

There is gap in the system till today

Please have a look and help me get this sorted

It is directed to the server, the connection is perfect, data is available in the sim card. But the scada system is not showing it.

My boss is at my back and we need this ready at the earliest.

These concentrators takes a long time to discover everything

and they don't tell you the old ones they have discovered unless you switch them off and on

New meters can only be discovered, so by deleting it and adding it again, you destroyed the historical list we had of meter/s that connects via it.

Yes we have deleted in order to add it again, hoping that it will capture the data

The only way to get that list back, is to physically switch the concentrator off and on

No, you have accomplished the opposite. Even that what we previously had is now lost

So, to get it back, switch off, wait for all the lights to go off, and switch on the DC

it appears even the meters are now deleted, and will have to be read in again from scratch

How much time will it take to capture everything?

When the DC switches on, after a restart it gives us all the meters it can talk to, so if it is connected, it should have the list when you look under Tools->Explore Linyang Concentrator

How much time the DCU takes to pick all the meters

I don't know, but a day is probably reasonable
