You can now automatically setup modems with a built in function in PNPSCADA
1) You will need to create an account with CommunitySMS.com
2) Click on register and create a free account there.
You will also need to load credits on the account.

3) in PNPSCADA, link your role with you CommunitySMS account, by going to Edit
4) Role

5) Scroll to the bottom of the page and check 'SMS enabled?'
6) Enter your CommunitySMS login
7) and password
8) and click Submit Changes

9) Then go to Tools
10) Setup KoCoS/BOL Modem via SMS

11) On this Screen Choose whether it is a KoCoS or BillingOnline modem
12) and enter the phone number for that modem and click Submit

The system will then send a setup command to the modem to connect to this specific server from which you are doing the setup.
The modem will appear on your overview screen with a name like:
Automatically added by SMS auto configure @ 2015-08-31 17:53:22.381
13) You can then go to Edit->Communication Device to rename the device
