Some customers set the Time of Use for Tariff E wrong.
For example, all the Consumption tariffs (Off-Peak & Peak & Standard and HS & LS) uses the algorithm without any TOU Rate Period/Season specified.
Likewise, the Max Demand (LS&HS) only looks at Peak time during the seasons?
