Can you possibly explain a little on how the manual bill capture works?

Answer:
Basically, once you have captured the bills, they are on the system.

If you go to Tools->MaintainBills, you can also see the Captured Bills.
I've added a View button that becomes visible when you select one meter account, to enable you to view a Captured bill in the normal format.

I would propose that the tariff used for the meter account also be shown on the bill and to have a look at the fonts and alignment thereof.
