You can access a load curtailment screen under Tools->Setup Curtailment.

On this screen a graph shows whether a client is reaching their curtailment target.
The blue line is the actual usage for that period.
The orange line is a base load, calculated from previous years and weeks.
The green line is just an indication of where load shedding schedule applies.
The red line is the load curtailment target and is a reduction of the orange line for the periods where there is load shedding (green line).
The rules for how much each stage of load shedding influences the target, calculation on kWh vs kVA, as well as the calculation
of the base load, are all handled on this screen.

Essentially the blue line must be below the red line during load shedding.

You need to set up a calendar that will hold the load shedding schedule.
All Meter Accounts can link in to the same Calendar.
To begin, add a calendar called Load Curtailment (File->New->Calendar).

Under Edit->Calendar Rate Period, add a rate period called '0'.
Repeat for '1', '2'...'8'. This is all the stages that we will be working with.

Under Edit->Calendar Day Patterns, add a Day Pattern called Default and set all time periods to Rate 0.
Then for stage 1, add a Day Pattern called 'whole day 1' and set all time periods from 6:00 to 22:00 to Rate 1.
Repeat for stage 2-8.

Under Edit->Calendar Holidays add all the holiday names as well as one called 'Load Shedding'.
The baseload calculation does not use holidays when calculating baseload, so for this reason it is neccessary to include the holidays in this calendar.

Under Edit->Calendar Year Pattern, make sure to add all public holidays.
Then also add the load shedding schedule as exception days.
'whole day 6' for 2023-01-22 means that for that day, load shedding stage 6 must be observed by the client.

Finally make sure to validate the Calendar under Tools->Certify TOU Calendar as Valid.
