Is there an option to change the same event log on all meters, i.e. one command to change same event report on all meters linked to an organisation?

Do you mean

1) to change which events mark the meter's data as invalid for billing purposes?

2) or do you mean to mark all events of a certain type logged to a meter as valid?

For both, you can do this in bulk yes.

1) Tools->Bulk Edit->Edit->Meter Event Setup. Here you can choose which events you are interested in, and then let the system bulk edit that for you.

2) View->Bulk Event Report allows you to display all the events, and right at the bottom you have an option to validate those events.
