View->Download Calendar CSV
You can use this page to download a spreadsheet of the Calendar between 2 dates.
This will give you a column for each rate register with a 1 where the rate register applies, and a 0 where the rate register does not apply.
You can then download the Profile under View->Download Profile CSV
Then combine these 2 spreadsheets into one spreadsheet and multiply the profile with each of the calendar rate registers for each half hour.
You can then sum each calendar rate register column to get the total Peak/STD/Off Peak
