In regards to the load limiting via tokens, can we have some guidance on how to do that?

It is mostly transparent:

You need to get your PRISM web service up and running.

then you add the STS Vending server entity (the Prism one) on pnpscada (with the SGC on which the meter is, pointing to your PRISM device)

Add your STS meter on pnpscada. Make sure breaker size is for e.g. 100A.

then you add the meter to the STS Vending system entity on pnpscada with the config screen to do that

then you add a Contactor to that meter

then you switch the Contactor with a value between 0 and 1. (e.g. if 100A is configured, if you send 0.4, it will generate and send a token for 40A) It will transparently go and get a token from the PRISM and send it to the meter.
