Hi nm, I'm not sure what you mean, but assuming you want to load the new year's tariffs, you can:
1) select the tariff
2) go to Edit->Tariff Periods
and ADD the next year's period
3) go to Edit->Tariff Rates
and enter the rates for the new period
4) go to Tools->Validate Tariff
to mark the tariff as valid
