hi Engela. A server can be slow for various reasons.
*A backup might be in progress (backups typically start at 18:30, however the way backups work is changing soon)
*there might be many web service calls to your server
*a bill run, bulk edit, or some other report that processes in the background might be in progress
*all the web threads might be busy if you have many users
It's best that your designated server admin contact us on 010 003 1015 option 1 while the server is
slow (by the time we get to emails or wiki the server might not be slow anymore)
We'll need to reproduce the problem while on the phone with you so that we can figure out why it is slow.
