1) Remove the entity in Paper UI

?So basically, when you start up in PaperUI, all trace of that meter must be 100% gone from ?the concentrator

?you can even clear the Inbox the first time, perhaps it show up there

2) first go into start.sh and comment out java like: #java
3) then stop the java process
then delete all the files for that meter under persistence
4) delete log files for that meter
5) then remove that meter serial number from the rrd4j conf file
6) then remove that meter serial number from the rrdj.persist file (they are 2 different files)
7) uncomment java in start.sh

8) then wait for it to come in again in Paper UI

9) THEN wait for it to be explored, and add it again
