There are 2 ways to calculate monthly consumption:
1) Month End Total - Month Start Total
2) Sum of all the half hour profile values for the month

This should come to the same value. If it does not, there is an audit error.
The screen in PNPSCADA to facilitate these audits is Edit->Meter Totals screen.
