If you have a meter that you don't want to read anymore, and don't want to be charged for, you can simply disable the meter.
This will stop PNPSCADA from attempting to read the meter.
PNPSCADA will automatically detect that no new information is coming in for the meter, and thus will not appear on the Channels Used list.
If a meter has any readings (totals/profile/phasor/events etc) for a month, it is charged for in that month.
If it does not have any readings (and none of its functionality was used, like breaker switch or realtime information) then it wont be charged for.
To disable the meter, select the meter in the overview screen,
then go to View->Edit Meter Details

and check the Disabled check box
