To install the latest version of the BMSRTUHMI software, first download and install the 1.09 version of the software.
This will install the LabView runtime environment necessary for the BMSRTUHMI software.
Then download the 1.19 version of BMSRTUHMI and overwrite it in C:\Program Files (x86)\BMSRTUHMI\
Make sure that it overwrites, because permissions in newer windows requires elevated permissions to overwrite files in the Program Files folder.
To check that it is up to date, run the BMSRTUHMI software and check that the version at the top is 1.19
The easiest way to get it to overwrite with permissions is to use the context menu by right clicking in the folder:
