Thank you for all your help.

Yes, please set the alarm notification to email me with all suspicions of meter tampering.

Unfortunately in this case I'll have to talk you through it. Generally that is the way we do support, so that we do not create unhealthy dependencies on ourselves. I am not allowed to do it on your behalf if you can do it yourself.
In short, the steps you would follow are:

  1. Enable the relevant events to Generate a Notification under Edit->Meter Event Setup (both the Reverse Run and the Reverse Run (Software) ) - feel free to use Bulk Edit so you don't have to go to every single meter.
  2. Enable your login to receive the Notification via Email under Edit->Login Notifications (first enable the notification and submit, then enable the email on the notification and submit)
  3. Make sure your email address is set up correctly, by going to Edit->Login Notifications and pressing the Generate Test Notification button at the bottom. (You can check that the notification happened by clicking on Inbox. You should also receive an email, with something in the message body like "This is a test to see if this Login's notifications are routed ok.", and a text file attached)
(If it was your own server, you might have had to also set up the email account details, to use your own email server to send the emails. However since you are using our server in this case, that step is not necessary)
You can read up more by going to wiki.pnpscada.com and searching on 'notifications'.
