I want to ask you if there is a way for us to import the list of email addresses and corresponding account numbers for the tenants in MDA into SCADA, so that I can easily email monthly bills to the tenants?

Do the tenants already have Login accounts on PNPSCADA, that can view their own Meter Accounts?
If so, yes it is possible.
You can use Bulk Edit to edit all the Logins, and then you can download the spreadsheet available halfway through the Bulk Edit process, and edit the email column in the spreadsheet to be different for each tenant, and then upload the new spreadsheet with the different email addresses per line, and continue the Bulk Edit process. This would then allow you to 'upload' the different email addresses from a spreadsheet.
You can then edit the Meter Accounts to generate a bill and send it via email (on the meter account edit screen, at the bottom if you click the link for more options. If you don't want to send the pdf bill but just a notification, you can also select that here)
You'll also have to make the logins of the tenants to receive email on the relevant notification in the Edit->LoginNotifications screen. Everybody that can see the meter account entity that can receive the notification will receive it, so you would probably NOT want to receive emails on this event! Because then you would possibly spammed with too many notification emails? (although we do add them together into 1 email if we see you are receiving too many).
What would also be necessary, is to set up your PNPSCADA server to use your local email server to send emails. For that, you would have to allocate an email account on @yourcompany.co.za to PNPSCADA from which to send emails. The email settings of that email account would then have to be configured into PNPSCADA, so that it can send emails on it. It would probably be a good idea for it to be a person's email, so that he/she will receive replies from people.
Currently you don't have access to the email setup settings screen on your server, pls shout if you want access, otherwise perhaps you can get your Reseller/Service provider to set all of this up for you?
For accounts on one of our own servers (hosted option); the email would be sent from @pnpscada.com

If the logins do not exist yet, you can bulk upload them, but this could get complex, as you would also have to create the permissions in such a way that they can only see their own Meter Account. So, it is possible but could be complex. And in that case you would probably create them with the correct email address from scratch.
