I've created new users on both my servers to use with the Sensus FTP component.
I can log on on the new accounts using the web gui, but not using the same credentials with ftp
Can you please look at that

did you restart the ftp component after you added the users and before you tried to log in with ftp?
The easiest is to restart the server process.
(If it doesn't work the first time after creating the user, try one second time, to ensure synchronicity - the ftp server components maintains its own database that is updated at startup time)
