Please advise on cost to update PnP to accommodate both for 1 phase and 3 phase the option to manage net metering

PNPSCADA comes net metering ready out-of-the-box, so there is no need for an update.
The extra cost for doing net metering involves the extra channels that are read back from the meter. To measure forwards and reverse energy profile (import and export energy); a meter consumes 4 channel licenses (so called 4 quadrant metering).
This then pays for measuring 6 energy registers: forwards/active, reverse, as well as 4 quadrant reactive energy monitoring and profiling (Q1-Q4). (A normal MD customer would typically use 2 channel licenses, for active energy and reactive energy)
Included for free, as always, is the Meter Events, which if the meter is capable of it can be used to measure energy quality, and in the case of some meters e.g. the SEL734, can be set up to detect advanced harmonics. This comes of course with the capability to send notifications via SMS and email.
Also possible, is the remote switching of meters, if capable, which is an additional channel license. This might also be relevant.

How is net metering addressed by the meter account/tariff setup?
