Create a tariff for sewerage, linked to water consumption

We have a client who wants to charge their tenants a 'sewerage charge' - this will be a fixed charge of R10.45 per kL linked to 70% of the total water consumed in a billing period. What is the best way to set this up on PnPScada?
Should we create a separate tariff for this and link it to the water meters concerned? Or should we add this as a separate 'Line Item' in the existing water tariff? How do we enable a fixed charge on 70% of consumption? Thanks!

The easiest way to charge 70% consumption is to set the portion to 0.7 in the Edit->Meter Account screen.
So you currently have
- a Water Tariff.
-A Pulse Meter for every Water Meter.
-A Meter Account linking the Water Meter and the Water Tariff
Now, you'll add to that
-a sewerage tariff
-a Meter Account linking the Water Meter and the sewerage Tariff (and in this account you specify a portion of 0.7)

Thanks. When we do a Billing Run, we want to get a single account for each tenant, with the Water, Electricity and Sewerage shown. So, should we then create a Meter Account Group for each apartment, and add the individual meter accounts to the Group? We can then specify the various Meter Account Groups in the billing run. Will this give us what we want?
Also, currently if we export the billing file in .pdf format, we get one file with all the meter accounts in it. The client would like a single .pdf for each tenant, that they can attach to an email. Is this possible?

No, the easiest way is to have the same Account Number for all three Meter Accounts, and then view the Consolidated Bill, instead of the monthly bill. This will show all of them on one page.
It can also be exported as such (consolidated); and then all three will be put on the same page in the pdf document.
If you want different pdf documents, you'll have to currently export each one separately. We'll look into automatic emailing of bills, but that is not part of the system yet.
