Hi I've got the LG Aircon BACnet controller installed, but Plug and Play Scada can't see it? I can ping the BACnet controller, and the firmware version is 2.00.1g

Has the LG Aircon BACnet Controller got internet access? This controller needs internet access before it becomes accessible via BACnet. Try checking the basic IP settings, like the subnet and the Gateway.

Yep, the Gateway was set to 192.168.0.1, and it should have been 192.168.0.10. It is working now. Thanks for the help.
