Hi
I am having trouble with one of my ICP con's. It has a yellow box around it. How do I get it to turn green?
Can someone please explain to me what the different colours are.

The colors mean:
green - last time we tried to read the ICP Con we could read all info successfully.
yellow - last time we tried to read the ICP Con we could not read any information.
red - we have never been able to read any information from this ICP Con since creation
Under View->GPRS Modem Logon Statistics you can see when last the modem connected.
In your case it seems to be 2012-10-15 15:29 (4 days ago).
If you try to read the modem, you'll get
Explanation: The Appropriate TC65 modem has not connected to us.
So the modem is not currently connecting
