It is now possible to specify specific line items as exempt from tax. This is settable for all line items on the tariff line item edit screen. It currently gets reflected on the Monthly Bill, the Provisional Bill, the Consolidated Bill, and the PDF Bill Export. (reports generally deal with costs excl. tax)
