The "Financial loss due to pf<1" View gives an error that there is no Reactive power?

This report requires that you have run formal consecutive non-overlapping bills for the account. If you haven't done that, or if your tariff doesn't have reactive energy or maximum demand related tariff line items, it will return that error.
