Clearing a fault off the Problem Meter List

I had a fault on my Problem Meter List for today. I clicked 'follow-up' and allocated it to someone for attention. It was resolved and marked as 'cleared' today, but when I go to my Problem Meter List, the fault is still shown there. Will it only disappear from the list tomorrow? Or should it be cleared off the list as soon as it has been fixed up?

It will be cleared once the meter calls in. It should reflect the status as stated by you in the fault log in the problem meter list under the right hand column, so in that way you would know it has been attended to. But it won't disappear off the list until it is up to date.

Ok, thanks. But I have a number of 'faults' on the list with 'zero consumption' - and this is normal for these meters, as no water is being used at those points at the moment. When I clear the fault with 'no action required' they are still on the list - does this mean they'll stay there until one day we show a consumption reading for these meters?
