Our Goal with Plug and Play Scada is to give you the power to configure and run your own AMR with our software. Intervention by the software supplier kept to a minimum.
In order to reach our goal, we provide simple to use web interfaces to configure all AMR functionality, and provide training to you ? curriculum and prices listed in brochure ? to configure and run everything yourself.
We have so much confidence in our training, that we provide seven (7) years free telephonic and online support (during office hours) to every person on your staff that has undergone our training.
This support is non-transferable: if you want us to support new staff, please send them for training. Support for untrained individuals are charged at hourly rates.
