Question:
Please have a look at the attached accounts which we ran today.
10161 - there are no readings?
6081 - there appear to be no readings after 29 September 2011?
4141 - There is a greyed out area from 25 Sept to 3 October 2011 ? Why is this?
1031 - There are no readings available.
Please can you advise if these accounts are right and if not what now?

Answer:
When the graph has a dark grey block, that is an area in the meter's memory where there are no readings, for example during a power failure, or before the meter was installed (if the comdate precedes that); or after it has last been read in.
But with 4141 the grey block beforehand is light grey, which means there is something wrong, and we can usually see what in the events (View->MeterEventLog). When I went to go look in the events I got audit errors on reverse energy, and then when I went to view the totals (Edit->MeterTotals); it seems this meter was connected in reverse until about 2011-10-03 11:00? The total amount of energy registered in reverse is 578.788 kWh, from start of September.
This means that the electrician made a mistake, and has since fixed it. You need to somehow bill for the missing 578 kWh. Unfortunately, these meters do not record reverse energy profile, just the reverse energy total, so we cannot give you the TOU information for the reverse energy, because the meter didn't record it.
In most of your queries, the issue was that the graph just shows white. That means that the meter has recorded Zero Energy during those half hours. I.e., no energy has flowed through the meter. Maybe the tenants were not there and has switched off the geyser also. A possibility is of course that the meter has been bypassed during that time, but I suppose that is unlikely? The Electrician could do a physical inspection if you think it is necessary.
