If it belongs to one of our current clients, they can create a login for you and give you access to the Meter Account on the Internet.

You'll see in our Terms and Conditions on our web page that we are very serious about the ownership of data belonging to the Owner of the meter, who confers the right to access the meter to its Agents, within constraints, so Urban will have to agree to any level of access they give you to the meter or its data, physically or virtually.
